How Much More of This Can We Take?

Stolen directly from Charles Johnson (sorry, Charlie,) these pearls of wisdom from Sarah Palin:

“It’s a difficult situation, this is that 3am White House phone call and it seems for many of us trying to get that information from our leader in the White House it it seems that that call went right to um the answering machine. And nobody yet has, no body yet has explained to the American public what they know, and surely they know more than the rest of us know who it is who will be taking the place of Mubarak and I’m not real enthused about what it is that that’s being done on a national level and from DC in regards to understanding all the situation there in Egypt. And in these areas that are so volatile right now because obviously it’s not just Egypt but the other countries too where we are seeing uprisings, we know that now more than ever, we need strength and sound mind there in the White House. We need to know what it is that America stands for so we know who it is that America will stand with. And we do not have all that information yet.”

God in heaven above, what a stupid person she is, and how stupid people have to be to hallucinate her into a person capable of handling any kind of responsibility.  To think that this jacked-up idiot has the nerve to talk about "sound mind" in the White House.  What in the name of all that is holy does she know about soundness of mind?

I'm just so sick of these people pretending that this jingoistic, meaningless garbage is what passes for leadership.  Is this really the kind of person that they want making decisions that affect their lives?  And what will become of us all if she gets the chance?

"We need to know what it is that America stands for..."

The people need to be told? She needs to be told? It isn't clear enough what America stands for? Don't Americans already know?

"surely they know more than the rest of us know who it is who will be taking the place of Mubarak..."

Oh THAT, on the other hand, is completely clear is it? Funny thing: I don't think the Egyptians know.

I read this just now...

" Sarah Palin is trying to trademark her name. The former Alaska governor and 2008 Republican vice-presidential candidate filed trademark registration papers with the US Patent and Trademark Office in November.
The federal office is seeking more information and examples of usage.
On her initial application, Ms Palin listed usage of the trademark for a website featuring political issues; and educational and entertainment services, including motivational speaking in the fields of politics, culture and values.
Her daughter, Bristol, is also seeking to trademark her name, citing motivational speaking services in the field of ''life choices''. "

pfff...

My Egyptian cotton bed sheets know more about that country than Palin does.

She has absolutely no foreign policy creds, yet that doesn't stop her from giving out her mangled, simplistic opinion.

PALIN: "And nobody yet has, no body yet has explained to the American public what they know, and surely they know more than the rest of us know who it is who will be taking the place of Mubarak and I’m not real enthused about what it is that that’s being done on a national level and from DC in regards to understanding all the situation there in Egypt."

There is absolutely no substance to that paragraph of gobbledegook, just a word salad that only her fans will think is "profound."

The rest of the world is laughing aat this unfortunate woman.

I hate to admit, for better or for worse, America stands for allowing fascist idiots like Palin to spew their lame-brained hate.

Sarah Palin ™ embodies the great conservative ideals of Ronald Reagan. She is an unparalleled communicator and leader. When will you lefties stop treating her as little more than a piece of ass?

I do not treat her as an ignorant piece of ass. I treat her as an ignorant, stupid, corrupt, racist demagogue of the worst type.

And grow up about the Ronald Reagan thing. Reagan's deregulation is the predominant reason that this country has descended into economic chaos. He, more than any other person, is responsible for our decline from the world's biggest creditor nation to the world's biggest debtor nation. From the time he went to work for GE he was never anything but a corporate shill, and the nation has paid a high price for buying into his lies.
