More on the Obama Dictatorship

I feel that I have lately been neglecting giving some of my favorite wingnuts the in depth derision they deserve. In an effort to rectify my failure, I want to devote myself to a post from Renew America, by everyone's favorite auntie, Sher Zieve. That's her picture there. She's holding her hand on her face to prevent the rest of her brain from leaking out through the self-inflicted paring knife hole in her cheek. Don't bother, Sher, there's not enough left to do you any good.

Anyway, on to her article:

"Obama shadow government expanding"

That sounds frightening, shadows and all.

"A shadow government has been defined as a "'government-in-waiting' that remains in waiting with the intention of taking control of a government in response to some event." With the Obama Shadow Government (which he has staffed and continues to staff with old Soviet-styled "Czars" who are accountable ONLY to him) the "some event" appears to be a series of events that Dictator in Chief Barack Hussein Obama and his followers have created themselves and brought to bear upon the current — traditional — US government."

Uh Huh. To get this detail out of the way first, a shadow government (usually to be seen in Parliamentary democracies) is a group of proposed ministers from the opposition party, which serves the purpose of presenting their alternative policy proposals to the public. Not all that scary. Really, Sher, try finding out something about what you are talking about before blabbing away. No? Okay, then.

"Soviet styled Czars?" Sher, I know that both Soviets and Czars are from Russia, but I would think it would have occurred even to you that the Soviets came along to do away with the Czars, so there really aren't any Soviet styled Czars. Oh dear. "Dicatator in Chief Barack Hussein Obama." Sher, can I be so bold as to point out to you that a dictator is the chief, and there is no such thing as a dictator in chief?

Pretty good for one paragraph, huh?

"With his now-over-20 Czars whose sole purpose is to control We-the-People and our currently-being-flushed-down-the-toilets way of life, Obama has almost completed the foundational building of his totalitarian regime."

Who could disagree with that? Well, everyone conscious, but other than that....

"One of Obama's soon to be instilled (again with NO accountability to Congress or anyone other than the new US dictator) is a "Pay Czar" who will determine what We-the-People (beginning with CEOs and then extending to the proletariat-poor [by Obama-design] working class) are allowed to earn. Big Brother has arrived and he hates all of us — except those who genuflect before him and willingly give him all of their possessions."

Well, that leaves me out, Sher. If you think I'm giving Barack my Corgi dog, forget it. Really, though, do you think that you could flesh out your argument with a little bit of evidence? No? I'm so surprised. Prticularly since, with that bum knee, I can't genuflect, so I guess I've earned Obama's undying hatred.

"The US Constitution is now moot and — via lack of use or importance to the current administration — null and void. In other words, We-the-People no longer — officially — exist."

I'm not sure you really exist, Sher- no sentient being could possibly believe this ludicrous crap.

"The "tipping point" that ends the USA's Republic that many had wondered about has now been reached."

What tipped you off, Sher? When the Republicans started losing elections?

"Not one of our so-called "leaders" is really even questioning the usurper to the US presidency."

Maybe that's because they may be crooks, but they're not insane?

"Oh — and for those of you who still think you can vote Obama and his Commissars out of office in 2010 and 2012 respectively you can forget it. Obama is planning to rule the USA for life. Obama has no plans to relinquish power over the USA and its citizens — ever. He and his cohorts have already — although unofficially — disbanded the US Constitution..... Soon, its end will be official. Leftist judges are now ruling — with increasingly wild abandon — against this Constitution."

Judges ruling with wild abandon. Please, put that on TV. It will be better than Judge Judy. Sher, could you maybe, please, give me one or two examples of these judges in their wild abandon? That would help make your point, you know, instead of making us think you are both mentally ill and a habitual liar. And, of course, Obama has no intention of holding another Presidential election. Everybody knows that, right, so why bother to provide a shred of evidence for your claim?

"When even Russian columnists see the USA as now being a communist country it remains a mystery as to why so many living in it refuse to admit it."

Of course, you and your conservative soulmates have always had such respect for the pronouncements of Russian columnists. And we can all see that there is no such thing as private enterprise any more in this country, and we watch in horror as all of our farmers have their land seized and are forced to work on collective farms.

Anyway, Sher, you know damned well that this is ludicrous. It wouldn't be anymore idiotic to claim that Obama is turning the country over to vampires.

Why am I wasting my time with this endless outpouring of garbage, then? This is what we are up against in this country. Do you think for a second that this column and the thousands like it are based in any way on what these people really believe? They want what they want, and they will say any damned thing, no matter how vicious or patently false, in order to get it. There is no reasoning with people without enough honor to respect the truth and their own honesty. In the end, the 20% of the population who still identify themselves as Republicans must, as they say, be consigned to the trash heap of history, while the rest of us move on and try to repair the damage they have done.
