Can any story be more important and more depressing than this recent poll of Republicans commissioned by Daily Kos: Only 32% of Republicans believe Obama shouldn't be impeached, even though he has never been accused of a single crime. A minority of Republicans believe Obama was born in the United States. 76% of Republicans believe than Acorn stole or might have stolen the last Presidential election. And just keep reading. One madness after another. 86% of these ignorant, malicious fools claim to think that Sarah Palin is more qualified to be president than Obama. And on and on. This is the fruit of three decades of the ugliest propaganda- a populace whose ignorance, greed and fury have exploded. That's the way Republicans want things, and it would seem that they have pretty much gotten their way. I just want to say that this is why I spend so much time covering right wing websites. I occasionally like to bring you news updates from a most interesting conservative site which does intensive historic investigations, constantly turning up information not generally known to the American people.
