I'm getting so tired of some of this nonsense. I could list a lot more today on how great military coups are, how great Sarah Palin is, etc. etc. But what's the point? Here's what made it past my disgust filter today:

Bill, maybe it's because she is an ignorant, lying, self-serving, pandering, cheap demagogue. It wasn't too deep for the rest of us to grasp. But then, you never could figure out why it was a bad idea to bomb the crap out of the wrong country. So, what's deep for you may be pretty shallow for the rest of us.

Dennis "if my lips are moving it's a lie" Prager, Town Hall: "Whether or not the United States and Russia reduce their nuclear arsenals is ultimately meaningless. But whether Hugo Chavez and Raul Castro are victorious in Honduras or whether the movement toward left-wing authoritarianism is finally defeated in a Latin American country is extremely significant."

I.e. reducing the danger of nuclear war means nothing when Obama had a chance to stay home and cheer on a military dictatorship.

And, by the way, Dennis, the question is whether democracy or military rule are victorious in Honduras. It has nothing to do Chavez and Castro.

How could you expect anything else from someone as viciously stupid as Dennis Prager?

No, the idea is that government employees in Washington can plan our lives for us better than a bunch of greed maddened, immoral, thieving CEO's. You got a problem with that?

Moe "Give me a chance to make a fool out of myself one more time" Lane, Red State: "I am not certain that Senator Bernie Sanders (Socialist-VT) actually meant to imply that the Democrats were going to destroy private health insurers. "

And if he did? Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. They've been trying to destroy us for decades.

And what in God's name is wrong with that? Do we have the right to overthrow governments because they have opposed some of our policies? What kind of malicious, democracy-hating idea is that?

And by the way, you disgusting moron, yes, I think it's a pretty good idea that he should be President because he was democratically elected. Don't you? Democracy is just great when it's nothing but a bunch of lying bluster to cover armed aggression, but the idea that someone has a right to their office because the people elected them, well, that's just going a little too far. You dick.

God, how many times do I have to repeat myself. It is absolutely incredible to me, even after watching the grotesque hypocrisy that is standard conservative practice, to see every single one of them rushing out to redefine a military coup as democracy in action. Could we ever see a greater specimen of lying and contempt for anything remotely decent? Not one of these people should be granted a shred of respect ever again- they are morally degenerate monsters.
