Krugman, right again, as usual
Paul Krugman in his invaluable NYT column today:
"There’s plenty of blame to go around these days. But the prime villains behind the mess we’re in were Reagan and his circle of advisers — men who forgot the lessons of America’s last great financial crisis, and condemned the rest of us to repeat it. "
Thank you, Paul, for agreeing with what Green Eagle has been saying for years. Reagan's "deregulation," the greatest economic fraud ever perpetrated on the American people, and basically nothing but a license for the very rich to engage in uncontrolled criminality, is by far the single major cause of our current economic troubles. Reagan was really nothing but a large scale crook, engaged in enabling a host of other crooks to devastate our economy.
