Wingnut Wrapup

Well, here we go again. The wingnuts have been pretty cranky the last couple of days- I can't understand why, since they just won a tremendous victory by tricking the Democrats into giving the American people a better medical care system. Here's a selection:

David Limbaugh, Town Hall: "The Democrats' corrupt, sleazy and undemocratic methods to cram socialized medicine down our throats were only exceeded by the horrifying substance of the bill itself. But the bell has rung on round one. Round two begins, and we'd better come out swinging."

How can you, when you are already out cold on the mat? David, here's some advice for you: Just collect the money for the job that your brother bought you, and keep your mouth shut. Really, it would work out better for all of us.

Paul Greenberg, Town Hall: "Have you ever seen a more gleeful bunch of politicians than the Democratic leadership of the House as they prepared to ram the health-care bill or bills into law? "

No, I'm not sure I have. At least since you guys gave rich people the biggest tax cut since Calvin Coolidge. You were really happy about that. Worked out great, too.

Martin Light, Red State: " Cui Bono?: When “Attacks” And “Death Threats” Are … Convenient. Who Benefits From All These "Attacks" & "Death Threats" On Democrats? Why ... Democrats."

So they must have attacked themselves. I guess that's the idea, you pathetic lying dick. You know all those violent, ignorant, greedy crazy people running around? You broke 'em- you bought 'em.

Confederate Yankee: "A Special Prosecutor for Barack?"

For passing legislation and keeping his campaign promise?

And then the impeachment, right? I mean, we would have been fools if we didn't know from the very beginning that that's what you had in store for the negro.

Confederate Yankee: "During a series of late night/early morning votes designed to keep the public's eye of the behavior of Democrats, the Senate parliamentarian discovering a pair of rule violations that will send Obamacare back to the House for another contentious round of voting: Procedurally, this is merely a bump in the road for Democrats, but it is going to be explosive politically."

Yeah, how did that one work out for you? Not so good at losing, are you, Mr. Yankee?

Newsmax: "Cantor: Democrats 'Fanning Flames' With Talk of Partisan Violence...House Republican Whip Eric Cantor revealed that someone had fired a bullet through his campaign office this week. "

Of course, just like everything Republicans ever say, that turned out to be false, and Cantor knew damned well that it was, when he said it. Pretty funny, considering he attacked the Democrats who mentioned the real attacks on them for engaging in political exploitation.

Jackie Gingrich Cushman: "Healthcare Reform Should Come From Markets, not Mandates"

And let me ask you one question there, Jackie. We've waited about a hundred years for healthcare reform to come from markets. What happened?

And by the way, how did you get your job? Just wondering, you being Newt's sister and all.

George Louvis, American Thinker: "When Will Liberals Give the Tea Party the Same Respect They Give Radical Islam?"

We do, George. Just the same. Because to us, you are both alike.

Ann Kane, American Thinker: "Is the left responsible for the unstable political atmosphere? These disruptive happenings stink of a script right out of community organizers' playbook"

Aah, another wingnut trying to convince people that right wing violence is all some sort of liberal plot. Sorry, Ann. Didn't work.

And now this story:"A Nevada asphalt contractor who faces a legal challenge to his Tea Party of Nevada candidacy for U.S. Senate was hit Friday with felony theft and bad check charges in Las Vegas that allege he bounced a $5,000 business check last year."

And how does Moe Lane of Red State report this story: "Reid’s Nevadan stalking horse up on criminal charges." Yup. A tea party candidate turns out to be a criminal (surprise, surprise) and so he must be a Democratic plant. Not one shred of evidence to support this claim, but since when did that stop a Republican?

And Confederate Yankee jumps on this particular train to hell: "Harry Reid's Last, Best Hope Facing Felony Charges"

No facts there either.

And here's Pajamas Media's take: "The group, established merely weeks ago, is attempting to trade on the name of the grassroots tea party movement...they seem to be an odd mix of cranks and conspiracy theorists"

Boy, that really sets them apart from real teabaggers, doesn't it?

Dan Riehl, Riehl World View: "RNC To DNC: Pound Sand, You Losers!"

Losers. How do you make fun of that? Losers. They lost because they won. You keep believing that, Dan.

And then there's this wonderful comment from a new right wing website:

"Welcome to our newest grassroots Web site, Republican For A Reason.

Paid for by the Republican National Committee"

Grassroots. Paid for by the Republican National Committee. There you go.

And finally, this tasteful comment:

The Mad Jewess: "It’s Nazi Pelosi’s Birthday~ HAPPY BIRTHDAY B*TCH!"

I love the fact that Ms. Jewess feels free to openly call Nancy Pelosi a Nazi and a bitch, but she's just too sensitive and delicate to actually spell bitch straight out. Glad you're keeping your sense of honor there, lady.

The Republicans need to get right with God! First the Republicans wanted to give Obama his Waterloo defeat over healthcare but instead they gave themselves their own Waterloo defeat by not participating in the debate of ideas and by becoming the party of obstructionist. Waterloo defeat refers of course to the defeat at Waterloo put an end to Napoleon's rule as Emperor of the French and was the culminating battle of the Waterloo Campaign and Napoleon's last. Republicans get right with God or get ready for future losses and Rush Limbaugh I real hope you enjoy your new home Costa Rica!

Answer to your question is no, its in their nature, just like it was for republican Senator Larry Craig (ID) and republican Senator Roy Ashburn (CA) to act out their nature.
