Legal Views on Some Other Planet
From something laughingly titled the Washington Independent:
"Conservative Coalition Takes Aim at Obama Legal Nominee
Yale's Koh Drawing Fire on the Right for "Transnational" Legal Views"
Legal views which, as you might expect, he doesn't hold. But then, they're blaming Barack for Communism.
The article features "a senior fellow from the conservative Hudson institute." You may have noticed that, when an article refers to someone as "a senior fellow from the conservative ......... institute," you can justifiably translate that as "a big fat liar." It also features John "the walrus is John" Bolton, who is approximately as familiar with the truth as he is with Mork from Ork.
Well, as they say, "with enemies like these, who needs friends." Oh, wait a minute....
