Apparently, it also doesn't prohibit five corrupt Supreme Court justices from appointing a man to be President, who systematically ruined the country, nor from turning the financing our elections over to multinational corporations and foreign governments. The Constitution, apparently, only prohibits us from doing the right thing. It doesn't prohibit us from doing anything wrong.
