Wingnut Wrapup

Man, these people are starting to bug me.  It's getting harder and harder to read their childish, petulant lies.  But someone has to pay attention to this evil trash, and we sure can't count on real reporters to do it.  Well, here's some of the trash from the last week:

Astute Bloggers:  WARNING: IF THE DEMOCRATS TRY TO PASS THEIR LEFTIST AGENDA IN THE LAME DUCK CONGRESS

If it passes - and because the 112th Congress is not likely to have override majorities - much of the damage will be hard to undo, then this will make Jonestown look like a church picnic.

WARNING: If they do it, then there will be an armed insurrection in the USA that makes the recent rebellion in Iran look like a... church picnic.

This is a warning, not a threat."

Really, Asshole?  Actually, it's not a warning or a threat.  It's a tantrum.  Just what we expect from people with an emotional age of about 3.

Also, Astute Bloggers:  "SHINY SILVER BALLOONS/UFO'S(?) SEEN OVER NYC

THEY LOOKED LIKE BALLOONS TO ME - EXCEPT THEY WEREN'T FLOATING IN A UNIFORM MANNER: SOME WERE STATIONARY WHILE OTHERS WENT SOUTH AND OTHERS WENT EAST; SOME WENT UP AND OTHERS DOWN.  THE LAST TIME I SAW SOMETHING JUST LIKE THIS WAS 9/10/01"

That was probably the last time your mother forgot to restock the Cheetos, and you had to leave her basement to go to the 7-11.  And from the very same "Astute" bloggers, the lie of the week:

"BECAUSE OF OBAMA, WE'RE LOSING IRAQ"

What, because Obama hasn't fixed all the damage caused by YOUR president who started this useless war, YOUR president who had longer than World War II to beat a pathetic third world country, and YOUR president who totally failed, in what was one of the worst military blunders in the history of the world?  Oh yeah, I can see how that would be Obama's fault.  Just like it's his fault that he hasn't yet erased the damage that YOUR president's corruption did to our economy.  That's his fault too, right?

Humberto Fontava, Town Hall:  "New York’s Lincoln Center Partners with Castro’s Secret Police "

You don't even want to know.

Ken Blackwell, Town Hall:  "What Liberals Really Think...Congressman McGovern says the Constitution itself is wrong. Did Mr. McGovern take an oath to support the U.S. Constitution? Does he consider himself bound by his oath?  Sure, you can responsibly disagree with portions of the Constitution. Ronald Reagan, for example, disagreed with the two-term limit for President. He thought the Twenty-second Amendment had been a mistake. But Reagan dutifully left office after two terms."

First of all, by the end of his second term, Ronald Reagan couldn't even find his way to the bathroom alone.  Second, I don't remember anyone except Democrats having to take an oath never to disagree with the constitution.  I guess it's okay for right wing assholes to ignore any part of the constitution that gets in the way of their greed, but apparently, the founding fathers never intended to allow Democrats to propose amendments.

Roger L. Simon, Pajamasw Media:  "Is California Insane?  The idea that the electorate could even consider electing Jerry Brown in 2010 attests to that."

No, better to elect a woman who had so little interest in politics that she didn't vote for 30 years, and is now spending $140 million dollars to buy the California Governorship, as opposed to a guy who has already been governor, who balanced the budget without raising taxes and who saw the state generate 1.9 million jobs during his term.  That's sanity for you.

Jim Hoft, Gateway Pundit:  "It Is Done… Obama Promised to Kill the Coal Industry – Today His Administration Came Through on That Promise...Today the Obama Administration continued their assault on the American coal industry.  The far left radicals at the Sierra Club announced that Obama EPA officials will not allow mining at the largest mountaintop removal coal mine."

Obama killed the coal industry by stopping one mine.  Man, that's not a very resilient business.  By the way, when's the funeral?  I want to send a card.

Bryan Myrick, Red State:  "What’s the cost to taxpayers for Patty Murray’s 911 call to Obama and Biden?"

What was the cost to taxpayers for allowing an infantile Republican president run the economy for eight years, Bryan?

Russ J. Allen, Renew America:  "The Republicans take over Congress: now what?"

They finish the job of sending the country into a depression.  That's my guess.

Holly Pitt Young, Town Hall:  "Will America Accept Bureaucratic Rationing of Healthcare?"

Wake up, you stupid dick, they already have.  Haven't you ever dealt with an insurance company before?

Christian Toto:  "Can a Bill O’Reilly Book Titled Pinheads and Patriots Actually Be Nuanced?"

No.

Jim Hoft, Gateway Pundit:  "Wow! Tea Party Freedom Fighters Make Over 100,000 Calls in 5 States"

Given Jim's usual honesty in reporting, the truth probably adds up to three calls for pizza and one call to check on the babysitter.

Pat Boone, Renew America:  "The temperature is rising"

Yeah, Pat, and the juke box is blowing a fuse.  Now shut up.

OBAMA WATCH CENTRAL  WorldNetDaily Exclusive:  "FBI informant to Congress:  Investigate Ayers, Dohrn now  Warns that Weather Underground networks still could be operating"

Even though we haven't heard about them for forty years. They're still out there doing...something.  Man, you guys have to go far back to find anything to complain about.

Astute Bloggers:  "VOTER FRAUD GETS AN EARLY START:  CBS News Strong Turnout for Democrats in Early Voting"

And there it is- what to expect if the Republicans don't deliver on their promises to devastate the Dems- about fifteen years (no, I'm not exaggerating) of screaming and whining that they were robbed.

Get ready.
