Another Sign of the Economic Failure of Obama

From the New York Times:

"DETROIT — General Motors said Monday it earned $865 million in the first quarter, its first profit since 2007, after last year’s government-sponsored bankruptcy allowed the carmaker to wipe away many of its longstanding burdens."

Of course, if we had followed the far more rational, mature and decent proposal of the Republican party, General Motors would no longer exist. But remember, there would probably be a big upside there- the foreign companies that sold us cars after GM's collapse wouldn't have to hire union workers, so they could make a whole lot more money to give away in executive bonuses.
