Today's Wingnut Wrapup respectfully dedicated to Oklahoma governor Mary Fallin, one of the five or six people left in the country willing to be Donald Trump's Vice Presidential candidate, who offered the following analysis of his campaign:
"I think he has tried to campaign as a racial healer. I think that has been part of his message."
Falling for that one, America? And in second place for idiocy today, who else?
Sarah Palin: "They're not protesters...I'm calling out the media, saying quit claiming that these rioters are people."
Well, let's just get it out there, Sarah. No sense beating around the bush. They (and we all know which "they" Sarah is referring to, right?) are not people, but a somewhat lower specimen of animal. I predict that, at the rate things are going, if Trump loses, this will be standard Republican fare in about two years. And sorry for it, but I think most of us still don't realize what we are up against:
But let's not move on before remembering this:
Donald Trump: "Saddam Hussein throws a little gas, everyone goes crazy, 'oh he's using gas!'
Yeah, a little gas. Just to remind you what "a little gas" amounted to:
"The attack killed between 3,200 and 5,000 people and injured 7,000 to 10,000 more, most of them civilians. Thousands more died of complications, diseases, and birth defects in the years after the attack."
Well, okay, then. Nobody we knew, right? So who cares?
John C. Goodman, Town Hall: "Who Is On The Side of American Workers?"
Ha. You'd have to be really stupid to have trouble answering that one.
Arthur Schaper, Town Hall: "Hillary Clinton: An Animal More Equal Than Others...Who’s the current Queen of the DC Beasts? It’s all about the Hilda-beast, i.e. Hillary Rodham Clinton. Her elitist tyranny knows no limits."
Well, I'm glad Arthur explained who he was calling an animal. I'd have never know what the "Hilda-beast" meant otherwise.
Neil Stevens, Red State: "HOT: Rasmussen’s LATEST National Poll is Here. Will Trump Keep His Lead?"
He will in the Rasmussen poll, a Republican propaganda tool that had Romney far ahead during the entire 2012 campaign. Not so much in the real world.
PJ Media: "Yet Another White House Scandal?"
Well, not quite. But a new book by a PJ Media regular, which you are welcome to purchase, before they are all bought up in bulk by Conservative lie factories to give away to suckers that send them money.
Chris Queen, PJ Media: "Now More Than Ever, We Need to Show the Love of Christ to the World"
Something the United States has been so good at the last half century or so.
Jim Hoft, Gateway Pundit: "LEADERSHIP=> Donald Trump Promises to “Make America Safe Again” After 5 Cops Murdered at Black Lives Matter Protest"
Making empty promises that he doesn't have a clue how to keep- leadership Republican style, for a hundred years and counting.
And now, don't get carried away until you read the whole thing:
Jim Hoft, Gateway Pundit: "DONALD TRUMP Holds a 10 Point Lead Over Crooked Hillary in Latest Poll"
DONALD TRUMP HAS A TEN POINT LEAD!!!!
"Some Americans believe billionaire developer Donald Trump might still know more about real estate than his rival Hillary Clinton...Some 39% of those polled said a Donald Trump presidency would improve U.S. real-estate values more than if former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (29%) became commander-in-chief, according to a survey carried out last month... Only 15% of Americans said that real-estate prices would fall under Trump, slightly higher than Clinton’s polling at 13% seeing a real estate decline under her presidency."
DONALD TRUMP HAS A TEN POINT LEAD!!!! In a real estate poll! This may set a world gold standard for shameless "reporting." And it comes from the best in that category.
Newsmax: "Anti-Trump forces are close to 'conscience' vote at convention"
Conscience vote. Well, that will certainly change things. For anyone that believes, against decades of evidence, that there is a Republican on earth who has a conscience. And here is another earth-shaking announcement:
Newsmax: "Franklin Graham plans Facebook live prayers before political conventions "
That will be a big help, won't it? Maybe he can pray that Clint Eastwood comes back with that empty chair, which, looking back, seems to have more intelligence than there is in the entire Republican party today.
Sher Zieve, Renew America: "NWO all out takeover of USA begins end of intermediate stage"
Wha? Remember Winston Churchill saying, after the Battle of Britain, "This is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end; but it may be the end of the beginning." Well, Sher's speech marks the end of rational brain activity. Here's the proof:
"Following the actions of Adolph Hitler and then besting him, Obama began implementing one 'false flag' after another so that an inimitable feeling of dread began to slowly slither up our spines, creep clandestinely around the country to the point that many of our fellow citizens started to wonder what was real and what was not. They still do...Members of the NWO must also ensure that one of their own members – Hillary Clinton – wins the US presidency. They cannot allow Donald Trump to win, as he would likely begin the process of putting the USA back together again."
Truly a communication from another universe.
Cliff Kincaid, Renew America: "Hillary clones being mass-produced at UMD"
Run for your lives!
World Net Daily: "WHEELCHAIR-BOUND WAL-MART GREETER SHOWN THE DOOR"
He couldn't find the door? What, was he blind too? Poor guy.
Colin Flaherty, American Thinker: "Media Ignore the Tsunami of Black Violence against Cops"
Maybe this is why:
Because it isn't happening. The media are ignoring it because it's a Republican lie. No, that couldn't be the reason, that never stopped them before. Must just be an oversight. I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot about this "fact" between now and November.
Aaron Klein, Breitbart: "EXCLUSIVE: Juanita Broaddrick Provides Never Before Published Details On Bill Clinton’s Rape"
Twenty years later, and she suddenly remembered a second rape. Must be suppressed memory syndrome, like when the Repubicans forgot about the Bush administration.
Saagar Enjeti, Daily Caller: "Experts: Obama's Measure Of Success Against ISIS Doesn't Make Sense...'It's as if we've decided by taking territory back, they won't be terrorists anymore'
They were in control of a huge swath of territory, with military bases, cities, oil refineries, factories, etc. Bit by bit, under Obama, we've taken most of their country back from them, so they are now reduced to suicide bombings at easy targets where no one expects them. Oh no, that's not success. And all at minimal expense to the United States, particularly in lives. That's more Obama foreign policy failure, don't you see.
And now, watch them prepare for November:
J. T. Young, Daily Caller: "Why Democrats Need Clinton To Win Big...Democrats need Clinton to win resoundingly or not at all. With Hillary Clinton now consistently leading in a race against a political neophyte who threatens to split the Republicans, Democrats can understandably feel good about November. The problem is that good is not good enough... If Democrats do not rack up huge gains now, it will be hard to weather the storm follows a Clinton victory."
Because, even if she wins 99-1, Republicans are going to do just what they did with Obama and deny that her Presidency has a shred of legitimacy. Well, J. T., you are going to subvert her no matter how much she wins by, so we'll take the victory, and you can sit in your corner and scream for the next eight years.
Mark Meckler, Daily Caller: "IRS Hides Records Revealing White House Collusion As Americans Tire Of Constant Scandals"
If the IRS has hidden them, how do you know they exist, Mark?
Streiff, Red State: "A Model For Ted Cruz’s Convention Speech"
Something like this?
I was going to put up a picture of you-know-who, but that role is really reserved for Trump.
Susan Wright, Red State: "New Hires to Trump Campaign Look to Tighten His Message"
"Tighten" being Republican language for "stuffing a sock in his mouth and fastening it there with about 75 feet of duct tape." Still won't work, of course, but A for effort, guys.
Blake Neff, Daily Caller "News Foundation": "A Big Report Proving The Justice System Is ‘Racist’ Is All Nonsense...Clear racism is just a big statistical error."
Yeah, just like the polls that showed that Obama was going to win in 2008 and 2012.
World Net Daily; " YOU READ IT HERE FIRST" "51% of US Muslims want Sharia"
You read it first on World Net Daily...what could be better proof that it's a lie?
"51% of Muslims living in the U.S...just this June told Polling Co. they preferred having “the choice of being governed according to Shariah”
"Polling Co." Isn't that sweet? I'm sure they are reliable; after all, they have "polling" right there in their name.
Jack Cashill, American Thinker: "The Extraordinary Perils of the Ordinary Cop...If a cop makes a fatal error, he can go to prison for the rest of his life or get killed."
I.e. if the cop kills someone without a reason. This is something which, of course, could never happen to the rest of us, who can kill anyone we want, right? By the way, let's remember that "the ordinary cop" never draws his gun or fires it in the line of duty in his entire career.
Tiffany Kendal Koogler, American Thinker: "Obama, the Aloof Rageaholic...Obama seduced with an aloof charm, quick wit, and a Spockish calm. But like all rageaholics, we did not know what was beneath that cultivated air of cool."
No sign of it in eight years, but he's really an out of control madman. Take Tiffany's word for it.
And now the right wing comedy break for the day:
Mike Razar, American Thinker: "Winston Churchill and Donald Trump: the unseen bond."
Yeah, really unseen. Like invisible. As unseen as Obama's uncontrollable rage. Mike continues:
"We owe Winston Churchill a debt that can never be paid in full. We cannot pay him in person, but we can support his spiritual heirs with our unflagging support. It is too soon to thank Donald Trump. The appropriate word is “please”. So please Mr. Trump -- please make us proud. Make Mr. Churchill proud. Make America and all of Western civilization proud. Make us all great again. Please."
Well, let's take the most positive view of this. Maybe he was not talking about the Winston Churchill from World War II, but the one from World War I, whose ceaseless agitating for an attack on the Ottoman Empire at Gallipoli resulted in the most humiliating allied defeat of World War II, or the Winston Churchill of the 1920's, who was almost singlehandedly responsible for creating the disater that is Iraq, and the Israeli-Palestinian struggle, in one act. Now, that sounds like the Donald Trump we have come to know.
Stephen Bannon, Breitbart: "Sympathy for the Devils: The Plot Against Roger Ailes — and America"
Yeah, charging this scum for grotesque acts of abuse against women in his power is an attack on America.
Not this America, of course, the one we'll have when Trump gets done making it great again.
