Wingnut Wrapup

Let's just start with mentioning the astounding fact that the legendary Stupidest Man On The Internet, Jim Hoft, a regular denizen of Wingnut Wrapup, after a long career in which, among other miserable behavior, has frequently attacked gay Americans, has come out as gay.  Well, whoopee for you, you lying, disgusting sack of crap.  Too bad you weren't in that night club in Orlando the other day, so we could have been done with your miserable, hate-filled life.

And as for Orlando, most of the Wingnut Wrapup predates the massacre there.  At this point, I can't really face the vomiting forth of the right's hatred, as they delight in the death of fifty people.  I'll get around to this event when there is some clarity about why this guy did what he did.  So onward:

Bulletin from Republican universe:

Mark Davis, Town Hall:  "This Time, Trump's Not the Problem...If there are apologies to be crafted, they should come from every Republican who chose to join the campaign of deception designed to smear Trump as a racist. I expect this from Democrats. There will be no limit to the dishonesty and slanders they will launch in their attempt to drag their corrupt candidate across a November 8 finish line.  But I would have expected more from the people supposedly interested in beating her."

You go with that, Mark.  Let's see how it works out.  A little more from Mark:

"I want him to win. Can his tormentors over this phony Curiel controversy sincerely say the same?"

And exactly why do you want him to win, Mark?  Looking forward to another useless $3 trillion dollar war, or a world wide economic collapse?  Or maybe you work for the North Korean government?

And let's now turn to this forlorn hope:

David Limbaugh, Town Hall:  "Hillary Born a Female, but What Difference, at This Point, Does It Make? Could it be possible that an increasing number of voters are tiring of liberals stuffing identity politics down our throats? True or not, we must keep hope alive."

If that is the basis for your hopes this election season, David, I predict you are going to be sadly disappointed.  More David:

"Besides the left's misguided focus on Clinton's gender, precisely what about Clinton is exciting to anyone other than political scientists fascinated by the establishment's prowess in engineering the requisite level of image fraud to place Clinton in this position?"

Here's what is exciting to me: a chance to avert a depression and a couple more wars.

Streiff, Red State:  "How An Obama Endorsement Of Hillary Clinton Damages The Constitution...If you voted for Obama in 2012, don't bother reading any further. You've already shown that you don't give a rat's ass about the Constitution."

Okay, Streiff, it's your call.  On we go.

Sher Zieve, Renew America:  "Appears Judge Gonzalo Curiel may be the racist...not Trump"

Nya nya nya...not me but you...bounces off me, sticks to you like glue.  Conservative logic at its finest.

Mark Davis, Town Hall:  "This Time, Trump's Not the Problem"

He never was, Mark.  You whole damned party is the problem.

Brandon Morse, Red State:  "Is Google Rigging AutoComplete Searches In Favor Of Clinton’s Campaign?"

Boy, they're breaking out the excuses for losing early this year.

Susan Wright, Red State:  "New Interviews and Statements Regarding Ongoing Investigation Into Benghazi Attack"

"Ongoing investigation."  Ongoing at least until election day.

Jim Hoft, Gateway Pundit:  "White House Admits Hillary Clinton Is Under Criminal Investigation"

I picked this at random from Jim Hoft because virtually every single right wing site I've looked at yesterday and today has carried this story.  Curiously, despite how earth shaking this would be, it seems to have been totally ignored by the mainstream media.  Either a) the entire media are in the tank for Hillary, and are covering up her criminality, or b) right wingers are a lying bunch of jerks. We report, you decide.

Alan Keyes, World Net Daily:  "Election 2016: 2 bad choices with no way out?  Mr. Trump is the ‘Tar Baby’ candidate, set out in the field to lure anger-impaired conservatives into a trap...If I’m right, its aim is to reduce the GOP to a rootless ruin. What’s left of it will be exactly what’s needed to play out the sham of opposing parties in the one-faction dictatorship that has already made a mockery of America’s so-called “two-party” system."

Uh huh.  Tens of millions of Republican voters chose a guy who is  part of a plot to destroy the Republican party, so that Democratic "dictators" can rule unopposed.  Well, it's a theory, anyway.  Luckily, Alan is only half right here. Actually, there is only one bad choice, and one good one.  Unless you think a dictatorship is the answer to our problems, which, unfortunately, most right wingers apparently do.

E. Jeffrey Ludwig, American Thinker:  "Headlines about Hillary being the first woman presidential nominee, or possibly the first woman president, are nothing more or less than public relations and electioneering hype."

Because, I guess, it isn't really true.  Or something.  By the way, when someone only uses the initial of their first name, don't you always wonder what their name is?  I'm guessing it's Execrableliar.

Matthew Boyle, Breitbart:  "EXCLUSIVE: TRUMP VOWS TO FIGHT DEMOCRAT RACISM, SEXISM"

That's nice.  At least it's a small target, so maybe he can handle it.

Alex Swoyer, Breitbart:  "EXCLUSIVE–RADICAL ISLAM EXPERT: CLINTON ‘MOST CORRUPT, FLAWED DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATE’ IN HISTORY"

What a "radical Islam expert" knows about it , I don't know, but notice they carefully said "Democratic candidate."  She wouldn't even make the top 20 if they included Republicans.

Robert Davi, Breitbart:  "Let Donald Trump Throw the Long Ball for America, You Self-Defeating Morons"

Okay, Robert, we let you have your say.  Now, back to your nap.

John Hayward, Breitbart:  "Joshua Green: ‘$62 Million in Ads Run Against Trump, Zero in Attack Ads Run Against Clinton’ in Primaries"

That's a bad thing, I guess.  If you are wondering, it's because neither Hillary nor Bernie ran a single negative ad in the entire Democratic primary campaign, while of course, things were a little different on the other side of the aisle, to the tune of $62 million.  Well, don't worry, John, Hillary will make up her inexcusable lapse to run any negative ads pretty soon.  Happy now?

VDare:  "Are Attacks On Trump A “Textbook Example” Of Coordination?"

No, they are a textbook example of sanity.

VDare:  "Trump/La Raza Judge Row Blows Lid On GOP Establishment Plan: Sabotage His Campaign, Wait For 2020"

They should only be that sane.

And just in case you thought there was no depth of humor they couldn't plumb:

Arthur Topham, Renegade Tribune:  "Canada: The New Sodom and Gomorrah?"

And their food is too spicy too.

Renegade Tribune is a fine website, by the way.  Here is one of their informative graphics:

John Hawkins, Town Hall:  "When Did White Men Become The Bad Guys in America?"

Oh, how about 1619, when the first African slaves arrived?

Justin Holcomb, Town Hall:  "Trump: "Clinton Will be the First Presidential Nominee Under Criminal Investigation"

No, Donald, that would be you, in the matter of Trump University.  Once again, Republicans are desperate to accuse Democrats of the same sort of criminality that has been a hallmark of their own party in the (sad to say, too often successful) effort to cloud the issue of their own misconduct.

And two related items, in connection with the comment I made above:

Leon H. Wolff, Red State:  "Trump is Desperately Trying to Block the Release of his Videotaped Deposition in the Trump University Case...

If you thought the documents that were released in the Trump University case was bad, imagine what Trump himself said about the case, under oath, on video. Trump doesn't have to imagine it, he was there. And that's why he is fighting so hard to prevent the release of the tapes to the public."

Cortney O'Brien, Town Hall:  "New Film Series Will Reenact Hillary Email Depositions - Starting With Cheryl Mills"

By one of the right's premiere video distorters, Phelam McAteer.  Fight the release of the real Donald Trump videos, and then assemble a phony video of Hillary depositions.  It's their only hope, when they have a real criminal running for President, and all they have to run against is Hillary.

And now, a list of the lying anti-Hillary garbage from one day at Red State:

"New Poll: 6 in 10 Americans Believe (Know) That Hillary Clinton is Lying About Her Emails""White House’s Sad Attempt to “Clarify” Admission of Hillary Clinton Being Under “Criminal Investigation” "Panicked Justice Department Begs To Keep Hillary Email immunity Deal Secret""Google Denies Rigging Search Results In Favor of Clinton’s Campaign""Hillary Clinton Declares That Not a Single American Life Was Lost in Libya""Uh … Watch Hillary Bizarrely Knocked Loopy By Shocking Presence of Reporters with Questions""Green Party Candidate: Trump Sounds Scary But Clinton IS Scary"

And it will go on at every right wing site, from now until, well, probably eight years from now, when they discover that the Democrat running for President in 2024 is the worst monster ever.

Michael Bresciani, Renew America:  "Liberalism: the pathway of demons and deceivers"

Nothing like a reasoned analysis of the issues facing our country.  Demons.  Yeah, that's the problem.

Jeff Jacoby, Town Hall:  "Payday Loans Are A Poor Option. No Payday Loans Would Be Worse"

Legalized theft is bad, but interfering with crooks' ability to make money off of the desperate would be far worse.

Justin Holcomb, Town Hall:  "Trump Renews Ban on Muslims: "We Can't Afford to be Politically Correct Anymore"

We just can't afford humanity these days.  And if there was ever a slogan for today's Republican party, this is it.
