It should be hitting around now, time of writing, at morning peak hour. If people weren’t locked into corporate dutifulness the sensible thing would be to stay home, but they won’t. They’ll grit their teeth and push through the wind and rain. Some people will bed down in the office.
We’ll just hope for the best - because there is nothing else you can do. It will take decades to decommission and clean up that piece of radioactive corporate appeasement and in that time there will be any number of unusually strong taiphoons and many major quakes.
