Terrorist- Some We Should Just Ignore

While the country is utterly absorbed with the terrorists who attacked our consulate in Libya and killed four government staff members, we are just content to ignore other terrorist threats.  Here's some news from a situation that should be receiving equal attention, but is just being ignored by the media, for some reason:

"5 more charged in Ga. military militia case

SAVANNAH, Ga. — Four former Army soldiers and a civilian have been charged in new indictments for connections to an anti-government militia that authorities say was led by Fort Stewart troops who stockpiled weapons and talked of ultimately overthrowing the U.S. government.

A Liberty County grand jury indicted the five on charges of illegal gang activity and various counts involving theft, burglary and auto break-ins. Those crimes were committed to help fund the militia group, which called itself F.E.A.R., short for Forever Enduring Always Ready, District Attorney Tom Durden said Tuesday.

The new indictments Monday bring to 10 the total number of people charged in connection with the militia group.

Fort Stewart officials confirmed four of the men charged in the latest indictments are former soldiers ..."

Ten people now arrested in a well-financed plot (they had at least $87,000 in weapons and bomb materials) by American soldiers to assassinate Barack Obama.  This plot has already produced two murders, of people who the plotters feared would give them away, one of them a 17 year old girl.  And let me repeat, this was going on not thousands of miles away in Benghazi, Libya, but on a military base right here in the United States.  And yet no one- no one- in the mainstream press seems to be willing to report this latest development.  The story above is from the Army Times, and but for them, even though I have been following this story, I would never have heard that the number of terrorists is now at least ten.

An ugly reckoning is coming in this country.  God only knows how much more of this sort of thing exists right now, while we foam at the mouth at foreign fanatics who have virtually no chance to do us any damage.

I think since we are a nation founded by terrorists we tend to ignore, if not celebrate the homegrown...

The corporate media has fallen in line. The troops are heroes, all of them. This is how the WWII German media always reffered to soldiers.

Unlike our corporate media, Germans at least called the July 20, 1944 assassination plot treason.

Not here.
