There is No Lie Too Absurd for Romney to Tell

His contempt for American voters is absolutely boundless, and it is never going to end because his lies will be covered up by the press as fast as he tells them:

Here is a quote from Yahoo news, reprinted at Americablog today:

"I like having two sides. I didn't go to law school, I didn't practice law, but I like the idea of arguing points back and forth and sorting through them, and being able to probe, in some cases you need to go back and get more information."

The lying bastard.  How can he expect to get away with statements like this when he has a Harvard law degree?  Well, this is how:  here is this quote as it stands at the Yahoo news story now:

Yahoo has simply erased his lie from history.   At the bottom of the article is the following comment:

"This story has been updated since it was originally posted."

Well, great, I guess that makes it all better.  Who needs to know that "updating" news articles consists of covering up Republican lies?  Get ready for a painful few months, people.

Aren't you being a little tough on a guy who has struggled these last few years to hide money in Swiss and Cayman Island banks, just to save a few million of his hundreds in wealth from the IRS taxing it at rates lower than union carpenters pay. Jeeeeeesus, lay off, the wealthy are always catching hell for taking money out of failing companies they own, they have to deal with the tax profit issues for years while the fired workers get to settle up the next April, it's hardly fair. And his boys, they had a choice, join the military to avenge the 9-11 attack or slog it out in the rough and tumble world of jetting from one rich guy to the next begging for support to get dad elected. Come on! I suppose you want to throw up that little kerfluffel about him having the first Obama-care in the nation. You know darn well he can explain that, just like this "correction". You really should ammend your title, "There is no absurdity so true that it cannot be corrected".

At this point, I think Romney, like the high school bully boy he still is, is deliberately taunting the press and the Democrats, sure that no one has the guts to call him out and face the revenge if he wins.

Wingnuts Slightly Annoyed about that $83 Million

How can you look like a decrepit old geezer and an out of control two year old at the same time?  And nobody hears it, is it really running for President at all? First of all, a note about my absence lately:  My wife got me to sign up for an account at Threads, which is sort of like X without the assholes.  I've spent a little time establishing myself there, and I have to say, I do like the relatively immediate exchange of views, but I don't mean to give up my blog- there are still so many things that can't be dealt with in a couple hundred words, so, perhaps to your dismay, I am back.
