I BLAME OBAMA!!!!!

NOTE:  PLEASE SEE THE UPDATE AT THE END OF THIS POST.

I guess the enraged, infantile behavior in the White House has hit a new low with this disgusting remark by Donald Trump, attempting to duck responsibility for his miserable administration's leaking embarrassing reports like a sieve:

"President Donald Trump said he believes former President Barack Obama has been behind the leaks within his administration and the sizable, angry town hall crowds Republicans have faced across the country.

Trump was asked in an interview on Fox News' "Fox and Friends" if he believed Obama was responsible for the town hall protests against Republicans this month.
"It turns out his organization seems to do a lot of these organizing to some of the protests that these Republicans are seeing around the country against you. Do you believe President Obama is behind it and if he is, is that a violation of the so-called unsaid presidents' code?" Trump was asked.
"No, I think he is behind it." Trump replied."

Funny, the CNN reporter interviewing him didn't think to ask him if treasonously selling the country out to a foreign dictator didn't violate the "unsaid President's code."  Or maybe actually the very well said President's code that is found in the Constitution.

But wait, there's more!  With Donald Trump, there are always more depths to plumb when it comes to explaining away his almost inevitable failure.  Here he is talking about his disastrous Yemen raid:

‘They lost Ryan’: Trump blames his own generals for Yemen raid that killed Navy SEAL...“This was a mission that was started before I got here,” Trump said. “This was something that was, uh, you know, they wanted to do. They came to see me, they explained what they wanted to do, the generals, who are very respected. My generals are the most respected that we’ve had in many decades, I believe. And they lost Ryan.”
Yeah, the mission was "started" before Trump got there.  And it was called off before Trump got there, because the previous President (what was his name now?) realized that it was poorly planned and likely to go wrong.  So Obama and the generals are both at fault for this failure, but not the actual guy who ordered that the raid should go ahead.  Remember this famous sign?

The buck doesn't stop there any more, I guess.  Maybe we could all chip in for a new sign- something like "the jerk sits here."

Let's be clear here.  As far as I know, there has never, in the entire history of the United States, been a President who behaves in the nauseating way the Trump does, every single day.  And yet his party, and a good part of the press, are still working as hard as they can to pretend that this is normal, or within the range of the acceptable.  We are on a fast ride to hell if these people do not develop some sort of consciousness, and given the fact that they never have in the past, I'm not holding out too much hope.

UPDATE:  And when you thought this couldn't get any worse, Trump has really gone to the bottom of the sewer now.  From the Washington Post:

"Trump is flirting with the idea that anti-Semitic incidents are false flags...President Trump seemed to suggest Tuesday that the recent bomb threats and vandalism at Jewish community centers and cemeteries across the country might be false flags, according to a Democratic attorney general who met with him.

Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro (D) told reporters Tuesday that Trump...appeared to suggest it might not be anti-Semitism and that it could be “the reverse,”

Shapiro told BuzzFeed: “He just said, ‘Sometimes it’s the reverse, to make people — or to make others — look bad,’ and he used the word ‘reverse’ I would say two to three times in his comments. He did correctly say at the top that it was reprehensible.”

Well, I hope that there is not a single person that hears about this that has one second's doubt about what it is.  This is open Naziism, from the President of the United States.  It took him only a little over four weeks to sink to absolutely the lowest possible form of degradation known to man.  It is truly frightening to imagine where we are going to go from here.

"The buck stops here" works just fine with Trump.

He won't let a single one slip past his sticky fingers.

I love how in some quarters, his speech last night was considered "Presidential". Wow, look at how much they lowered the bar to consider his speech "Presidential". Maybe compared to 'El Presedentes' pay per view speeches in the computer game Tropico. At least for the citizens of Tropico, they paid for the chance to see El Presedente go full Tourettes on camera. These people were saying his speech was 'Presidential' just because he didn't go off script.

The "Party of personal responsibility" is always ready to cast blame elsewhere and portray themselves as victims. But Trump has taken it to a new level!
