She Quit Again
You know who I'm talking about:
This lunatic woman can't even finish her supposed "vacation." But it's all fine, right? She's a serious political figure that has earned a place in the national debate.
God help us.
Update: Well, now that she's made a fool out of herself once again, Sarah is claiming that she had to go home for jury duty. Give me a break- how stupid does she think people are?
"Is Sarah Palin already finished with her national bus tour?
While the Alaska governor hadn't publicly announced additional stops beyond her East Coast jaunt earlier this month, Palin aides had hinted she'd take her bus tour to key primary states such as Iowa and South Carolina.
But according to Real Clear Politics' Scott Conroy, those plans are now in "limbo," as Palin has opted to stay in Alaska, where "skies are currently alight for over 19 hours a day and the Bristol Bay salmon fishing season is nearing its peak."
A spokesman for Palin did not respond to a request for comment."

He doesn’t continue the thought to where I’m inclined to take it, however…. That being that SHE EXPECTS to fall short. She EXPECTS that other than by an act of God or some unholy subversion of the democratic process there is NO WAY she can become president, all of which sets her up beautifully for some weird screeching of political martyrdom.
Her agenda is not to win office, it’s to make a buck out of insinuating that some diabolical force stopped millions of people from freely voting for her.
What pisses me off is that some of her online supporters who profess to having political literacy are the same people who knee-jerk about “cult of personality”.
But you know what…? These people could turn on her. Might even already be beginning to. If a broad consensus ripples through her fetid end of the Right that she’s let them all down… they will hound her to the ends of the earth for all the money she has swindled out of them.
It will be a bitter shit pill if they suddenly – finally – SEE her for what we’ve always known her to be, all along.
Anyone with half a brain understands she wouldn't dare declare her candidacy because she would then have to do the hard work of running a campaign and, y'know, actually answering non-scripted questions, as well as speak in simple American English declarative sentences.
She's waaaaay over her alloted 15 minutes of fame.
Quitter Queen.
Magpie, I think you could have stopped right there. She'll do whatever doesn't take much effort, and keeps her in the public eye so she can profit from it. It the rest of the Republicans keep self-destructing and she thinks she can grab the low lying fruit without getting out of her chair, she will "accept" the nomination; otherwise she'll find some other way to keep the money flowing in.
So maybe I'm a little dubious of her claim of "jury duty." Does it show?
(BTW, in a complete non sequitur, let me apologize over here for the misunderstanding, since I can't be sure you ever went back. I phrased it badly, and it was completely understandable that you took it as a slight on you instead of Breitbart. So, sorry about that.)
I did see your reply. Believe me, even if you had meant what you said, you have a right to your opinion. I'm sure that you, like me, have had so many really nasty comments posted on your blog that it would take a lot more than that to bother you. And remember, Green Eagle is a sort of comedy blog, so I don't take that seriously a lot of what I say.
