Orly's Back!

Here's Orly back in the day, being eviscerated by Lawrence O'Donnell


Followers of the lunatic right since the Obama administration may remember Orly Taitz, attorney/dentist who became known as the Queen of the Birthers.  Well, the Obama administration is long gone, and one of the birthers managed to ride that idiocy right into the White House itself, but Orly disappeared from public view, probably the best thing she could have done given what a fool she made of herself, and seemingly vanished into history...until today.


Well, SHE'S BACK!  Newsweek reports that Orly has re-emerged to file a lawsuit demanding that the impeachment trial of Donald Trump be stopped immediately, because it will "deprive the members of the Defend Our Freedoms Foundation of their Constitutional First Amendment right for the political speech, namely, to vote for Donald Trump in future elections."  The "Defend Our Freedoms Foundation" was started by Orly herself, I need probably not add.


How banning a treasonous criminal from being President deprives someone else of their right to free speech is a mystery to me, but no more so that anything else we have ever heard from Orly.  Really, girl, you probably should have stuck to dentistry after your first adventure in self-humiliation.

By that logic, we could sue to overturn the Constitutional limitation of the presidency to people over 35 because it deprives us of our right to vote for AOC as president. Yes, it's in the Constitution, but so is impeachment.

Any judge who actually has to hear this lawsuit will probably hold her in contempt for wasting the court's time. There are potatoes in my refrigerator which are probably smarter than she is.

Well she does have 5 minutes left of her 15 minutes of fame, trouble is she is spending her remaining minutes like her she did her first 10 minutes...absolutely stupid

Wingnuts Slightly Annoyed about that $83 Million

How can you look like a decrepit old geezer and an out of control two year old at the same time? I thought it might be nice to look in on wingnut world to see how they are taking yesterday's $83 million dollar Trump legal loss.  You kind of know that they will decide it shouldn't affect their opinion of him in any way, but it might be helpful to see just how the Republican party has trained them to reject any fact they don't like.  Not that surprisingly, a lot of the usual wingnut suspects didn't touch this loss at all, preferring to just ignore anything that interferes with their hateful daydreams, but here are a few excerpts from an article at Gateway Pundit, along with a sample of the hundreds of comments it received.  Enjoy.  Or not.  And nobody hears it, is it really running for President at all? First of all, a note about my absence lately:  My wife got me to sign up for an account at Threads, which is sort of like X without the assholes.  I've spent a little time establishing myself there, and I have to say, I do like the relatively immediate exchange of views, but I don't mean to give up my blog- there are still so many things that can't be dealt with in a couple hundred words, so, perhaps to your dismay, I am back.
