It was the left, which prior to this has been killing people. No details of that, for some reason. This writer adds the following:

And can I remind you that all of the above could be found on one wingnut website at the same time a day or two ago. There is just no way to overstate the stupidity and willingness to believe anything that suits their purpose that you find among these people. This is a part of our population who have been ruined, intellectually and morally, beyond any hope of repair.

Now, let me discuss something rather strange, which I first noticed on Christmas day. Suddenly a considerable number of right wing websites have just stopped talking about the election results being overturned by the courts, or even repeating their nonsensical arguments that the election was stolen by Biden and Dominion Voting Systems. When I first noticed this, I thought that maybe they were just giving it a rest for Christmas, but no, they seem to be erasing from history all of those miserably failed lawsuits. I mean, there still is some of it, but most of it is gone in favor of another psychotic delusion which I will discuss next.

A "likely scenario." Likely in the event that the entire Republican party decides to destroy the experiment in democracy begun by our founding fathers. In other words, sad to say, not that unlikely.

We all think we remember an election but maybe we were wrong.

The kraken is not any of the dozens of lies spewed out by Trump's lawyers in their streak of 60 losing court cases in a row. It is actually Jeffrey Epstein himself, who is still alive (his supposed suicide being an example of Trumpian thousand dimensional chess) and is spilling the beans on all of the baby eating Democrats.

The article claims that Trump had Pence removed from a White House photo in an absolutely Stalinesque act of pique. Not that it would be beneath him to do this, but if you look at details of the images of Trump and Pompeo, you can see that they are not the same. In fact, this is one of a number of pictures with various people that Trump had taken that day, in the same location. But to wingnuts, this is proof that Trump is about to have Pence charged with treason if Pence does not sabotage 250 years of American government to keep Trump in power.

Actually, this is a photo of a man who is suffering from a very rare reaction to acute alcohol poisoning, which must have been known to whoever found it, and was certainly easily discovered by me, right clicking the image and doing an image search. This reminds me of one of the earliest deliberate misrepresentations I ever saw in my long pursuit of right wing lies, the following photo:
This is a photo of one Julia Pastrana, the Mexican bearded lady who was, early in the 20th century, a featured sideshow attraction at the Ringling Brothers circus, and became quite famous. I saw the picture in the late sixties, in the Thunderbolt, an early right wing propaganda publication. In that article, she was described as a crossbreed between a black person and an ape, proving that black people were not human.

And lets just finish on the following account of Trump's behavior after his already legendary phone call:

Trump then ordered Rosen to draft a formal accusation charging Raffensperger with several high crimes and misdemeanors, including seditious behavior, treason, fraud, and malingering in times of national peril.
“From what I’ve heard, Trump will act on the indictment only if the certification process favors Biden, which he’ll take as meaning nearly everyone, Democrats and Republicans alike, are complicit. If that’s the case, I don’t expect it’ll stop at Raffensperger. A lot of names might be dropping, and a lot of people might be going down between now and January 19,” our source said.
Charged officials, he added, will be tried as enemy combatants, which means the rights and provisions of the Geneva Convention do not apply to them, nor does the Constitution of the United States. They will not be prosecuted in open court; rather, they will be detained at GITMO to await a military tribunal."
And with that, I think I am going to pull the plug on this edition of Wingnut Wrapup. I actually had quite a few more things saved, but really, when the President of the United States is more delusional and corrupt than any of these people could ever imagine being. what's the point?
You might notice that I have not really dealt with the one hour recording of Trump attempting to criminally extort the Attorney General of Georgia into falsifying his State's electoral result. I'll deal with that in another post today, I promise you.
