Wingnut Wrapup

Yeah, this again.

Boy, you want to start out with something pathetic?

Man, I bet that made your day.  Did you love that synth that sounds like it was built during the Reagan administration?  Comments were disabled for this video.  I wonder why?

Cortney O'Brien, Town Hall:  "Sarah Palin: I Hope Becoming a Grandma Will Turn Hillary Clinton Pro-Life"

Sarah, did you notice that Hillary brought her daughter up to wait until she was married to have a kid?  Some other political figures who are convinced that they hold the whole secret of right and wrong might do well to think about that.

Rebecca Hagelin, Town Hall:  "Culture Challenge of the Week: Mother’s Day after Abortion"

Funny, only a challenge for right wingers.

Steve Chapman, Town Hall:  "On Town Prayer, the Majority Has Its Way"

Of course, they don't get their way on protecting Social Security and Medicare, prosecuting Wall Street criminals, cutting back our absurd military budget, keeping our water and air clean, or anything else that really makes a difference .  But they can pray about it at a city council meeting.  That will be a comfort to them.

Daniel J. Mitchell, Town Hall:  "Laughing at another Spectacular Obamacare Failure"

This would be a big problem with the software used for the program in Oregon.  I'm not sure what is so spectacular about it, but that is what Republican railing about Obamacare has come to- down in six months from "Obamacare is going to turn the country into a Satanic Communist dictatorship" to "the software in Oregon is buggy."  I guess that's why they've dug Benghazi out of its grave and reanimated it like something in a Lovecraft story.

Daniel Doherty, Town Hall:  "WH Press Briefing: No Questions Asked About Benghazi, IRS Scandals "

God in Heaven above, Doesn't anyone have any respect for lies anymore?

Streiff, Red State:  "Keep the Benghazi Select Committee Select"

That way, Republicans can tell any lies they like about what supposedly happened, and there's not one damned thing the Democrats can do about it.  Democracy at work, hooyah!  Here's a sample of Streiff's thinking:

"The House Select Committee will have a partisan make-up of 7 Americans and 5 Democrats. This ensures some real investigative effort will be devoted to uncovering the truth."

Right.  Americans and Democrats.  Just like the Republican committees that have already "investigated" Benghazi.  How can someone even write something this cynical without falling over in some sort of fit?

John Hayward, Human Events:  "Sen. Ted Cruz issues new report on the Obama Administration’s abuses of power"

Oh boy, that should be interesting.  More "Presiding While Black," I'd guess.  A clearly impeachable offense.

Andrew Klavan, PJ Media:  "The Gosnell Movie: The Truth, for a Few Dollars More...No Hollywood studio has the courage to tell the story..."

That would be Dr. Kermit Gosnell, a very bad abortionist who is now in jail.  No Hollywood studio had the stupidity to tell a story that no one wants to see except lunatic wingnuts.  Proof of the evil of Hollywood.

And now, one of the more pathetic attempts to smear Obama I've heard lately:

Cliff Kincaid, Renew America:  "Germany is one of our strongest allies, and Angela is one of my closest partners," said Obama. But since Russia is Germany's partner, what does that say about Obama? The pieces of the puzzle are falling into place in front of our eyes."

Right.  Because Germany has diplomatic relationships with both the U.S. and Russia, Obama is clearly a Communist.  Now I understand everything.  If I can just force these last puzzle pieces into place,  I can go mad and get it over with.

Erik Rush, World Net Daily:  "The extent of these machinations, both in terms of time and scope, is positively dizzying. Whether this serial treason was taken on for reasons of narcissism, power and a false sense of invulnerability (as I suspect it was for the Clintons), or due to an abiding hatred of America and the desire to see her brought low (as was most certainly the case for Obama and his mixed bag of Marxist and Islamist ideologues), it still spells serial treason.

Whether the Select Committee on Benghazi will settle for the impeachable offenses (which will be essentially worthless in the practical sense), or the treasonable ones, again, remains to be seen."

Oh boy, is Obama in trouble now.  Will they settle for just impeaching him, or will it be hanging?

And just in case you missed the really big stories today:

Before It's News:  "Lost City of Atlantis was on Mars – Irrefutable Proof"

I have a feeling that this story is from way before it's news.  Now, how about this one?

Before It's News:  "SOMEONE!! Used Huge Nuclear Reactor in Africa 2 Billion Years Ago"

And not just someone- SOMEONE!!  Maybe the ancient old ones?

Boy, the Republicans are reminding me of Lovecraft today.  Something about the return of an ancient evil, I guess.

Jeff Crouere, Town Hall:  "The Big Lie Exposed: Liberals Hate Diversity"

World class projection.  And I mean world class.

And who could pass up this major story:

Garth Kant, World Net Daily:  "Hollywood glamour gals wake up to holy war"

And no, I couldn't really make my way through this pile of crap.  Sorry. So we'll never know what they did when they got out of bed.

Clarice Feldman, American Thinker:  "On America's campuses, all that is not permitted is forbidden."

I suppose we have to agree with that one, don't we?  How, exactly, it proves that liberals are the real fascists...well, sorry, I didn't care enough to find out.

And actually, I don't care enough to find out anything more about the wingnuts today.

I recall Santorum said it was Satan’s doing.

Apparently the devil has a problem with cheating on exams.

Or at least one of his cousins. After all, what would Cthulhu be except a Republican?
