Ted Nugent Really Gets Down To It
Courtesy of Crooks and Liars, here is an image that appeared on Ted Nugent's facebook site:
The next time that someone tries to tell you that right wingers are the Jews' best friends, show them this.
Needless to say, Nugent will be able to get away with this without a shred of consequence, because his hatred is exactly what the right runs on.
And by the way, this sort of knocks a hole in the theory that there is no connection between attacking the state of Israel and anti-semitism.

Wow. One anti-Semite. Apparently you don't know that Sheldon Adelson, William Kristol, Charles Krauthammer, David Brooks, Henry Kissinger, Michael Chertoff, Eric Cantor, Norm Coleman (former Minnesota senator), Lee Zeldin, Ari Fleischer, David Horowitz, David Frum, Laura Lingle (former Hawaii governor), Nicolas Muzin (Cruz' advisor), Pamela Geller, Ken Mehlman (former chair of the Republican National Committee), Alan Greenspan, George Allen (former Virginia governor and senator), and Jay Dardenne (Louisiana lieutenant governor) are all right-wingers. But all of those Jewish Republicans are negated by one draft-dodging drug-addled loudmouth.
The next time anyone tries to smear right-wingers as anti-Semites, show them this story by Bloomberg.
"Republicans by a ratio of more than 2-to-1 say the U.S. should support Israel even when its stances diverge with American interests, a new Bloomberg Politics poll finds. " (If throwing Israel to the wolves serves American interests, Democrats feel that we should look the other way when the Palestinians commit genocide against them.)
"Republicans say they feel more sympathetic to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu than to their own president, 67 percent to 16 percent"
A supermajority of Republicans say that the Jewish leader of the world's only Jewish state is better than Barack Obama. Are you saying that all of the Republicans who love Israel are anti-Semitic bigots?
Remember: If someone tries to tell you that Democrats are the Jews' best friends, just show them this Democrat:
Lyndon LaRouche.
Sure, it's only one person, but that's enough a Republican-hater like Green Eagle.
Except that we have Hans Adler, the anti-Semite who adores Israel (Germany is for the Germans, Turkey for the Turks, and Israel for the Jews), and Sam, the Jew who attacks Israel and considers Zionism itself racist (Given that Sam has Lev as a cousin, this is understandable) and anti-Semitic.
So there might be connections in individual cases, but the connection doesn't work the same way all the time.
So I decided to check Nugent's position on Israel. Turns out Nugent stands with Israel:
The Israeli people are also courageous, quite possibly the most courageous in the world. With their backs to the sea, they stand courageously. The Nugent family stands with them. I stand with all people of all religious faiths and denominations and political ideologies, who courageously denounce violence and stand for peace. May God bless them and bless Glenn Beck, Ted Nugent
And here's more from Nugent:
Let us be honest: mankind will be much better off when Israel destroys Hamas’ strongholds in Gaza and captures or kills all of the Hamas militants and those who support them. Like all cockroaches, the only good terrorist is a dead one. . . . The civilized world must completely support Israel in their efforts to exterminate Hamas and end its operations for good and all.
It's hard to tell a difference between Nugent and Lev there. (Perhaps Nugent, like some members of the LePen family, supports Israel because he considers Arabs even worse than Jews. Who knows?)
Green Eagle: There's one more glaring flaw in the conclusion. N=1 is too small of a sample size to make any generalizations.
And by the way, Lyndon LaRouche is not a Democrat in any real sense of the term, which you know perfectly well. I first met LaRouche and his miserable dupes in the late sixties and have sort of kept an eye on him ever since. He is a self-serving criminal that will do anything to get money out of people. He has no allegiance to the Democratic party or anything they believe. and what's more, Adam, you know that perfectly well.
