Your Mainstream Press

There are three stories that represent the major threat to the American people these days, as far as I am concerned.  One, of course, is the Coronavirus.  The other two both involve Donald Trump.  The first is his knowledge that Vladimir Putin is paying bounties for the murder of American troops, and not only doing nothing about it, but continuing to take action to aid Putin while hurting the United States by further damaging our relationships with our allies, and pulling troops from Afghanistan. That is giving aid and comfort to the enemy, i.e. treason.  The second is his using unmarked, unidentified thugs in full military gear to seize peaceful demonstrators from the streets and abduct them.  That is fascism.

I just looked at the Washington Post.  Plenty of stories about Coronavirus; so many that you get sick of hearing about it.  As for the other two?  Not a word.  These revelations about the betrayal of our country by the President of the United States are already well on their way to oblivion.  Few if any people will even remember their details by election day, in the face of the blizzard of mainstream press coverage of whatever phony atrocities the Republicans dream up to tell about Biden.

That is the true story of how Hillary lost four years ago:  Press collusion in seeing that Republican smears totally blocked out the truth.  And that is what it seems we are about to get again.

It seems, at least so far, that seized persons have been released later. How long until some simply disappear, never to be seen or heard from again, except as a corpse? You are absolutely right, this should definitely get more attention.

This time. They have been quickly released this time, because this was a trial run for the kidnapping by unknown people in military gear part of the plan. If this is not stopped, it will be a very short time until the victims are not released so quickly, if at all.

Why do you think all the people seized have been released? If they weren't, how would you know? To the barricades!

I suspect that they are going to do this step by evil step, fearing that if they do too much at once they might be stopped. Once they think they can get away with these extrajudicial kidnappings, they will have plenty of time to figure out what to deal with their prisoners.
