Our Court System At Work Again

I wonder if this story will be covered by the mainstream press:

"NEW ORLEANS (CN) - Ruling in favor of Transocean and BP, a federal judge on Thursday dismissed third-party environmental claims in a giant pleading bundle in the Deepwater Horizon oil spill litigation, saying the fact that the oil flow has stopped makes those lawsuits irrelevant."

In other news, a Federal judge ruled today that O. J. Simpson is not responsible for the murders he committed, since his victims are already dead.

“autopsy results of the hundreds of dead baby dolphins that have washed up along the Gulf Coast have been kept private, and independent scientists have not been allowed to conduct their own autopsies.”

So not only is there no point bringing charges against me for killing you, as you are already dead, but the coroner is not required to tell your family how you died. Neat huh?
