Way To Go, Bibi, Part Two

This story is all over the news right now:

"Hundreds feared dead in strike on Gaza hospital...An attack on the al-Ahli Hospital in the middle of Gaza City is believed to have killed hundreds of people, a spokesman for the Palestinian Civil Defense told The Washington Post."

Let's be clear here that this story comes from " the Palestinian Civil Defense," so there is every chance that it is a grotesque exaggeration or even a total lie, but assuming that it bears any resemblance to the truth, Netanyahu's tantrum in response to the Hamas butchery last week may have very well, in this single act, utterly destroyed the moral high ground that Israel held, and rendered meaningless all of the horrible suffering of Israelis in the Hamas attack.

I am a firm supporter of the state of Israel, but not under this guy  If this story is anywhere near true, he needs to be removed from power immediately, and in a just world would never see another day outside of prison.  He is at this point as big a monster as the leaders of Hamas.  He does not have a clue, after all these years, of how to deliver on his hollow promises of security for his country, and instead is substituting a rampage of primal rage, no different from what Hamas has to offer.  Enough already.

According to this report, this was not an Israeli airstrike. A jihadist missile fired toward Israel malfunctioned and crashed within the Gaza Strip, destroying the hospital.

I cannot evaluate the accuracy of the report, but deliberately targeting a hospital would be very out-of-character for the IDF.

Netanyahu is the Trump of Israel. He has the same authoritarian thuggish nature.

He's using his power to shield himself against fraud and corruption charges. It's the same tactic against his justice system as our criminal former president is actively waging on ours.

Before the Hamas attack there were massive protests against his campaign to seize control of their judiciary. Thousands of reservists refused to report to duty.

Now they have to, despite their anger at their autocratic leader.

Innocent Palestinians are now facing the overwhelming reprisals of collective punishment.

Those Palestinian children are just as dead as the Israeli children, just many many more of them will die. The tragedy is both Hamas and Netanyahu would bomb hospitals.

Bibi would just say they were warned to leave.

If reports are true of evacuees being bombed on the very same evacuation route ordered by him, Bibi and Hamas all deserve to share a cell in hell.

Meanwhile we have a party of insurrectionist fascist traitors blaming Biden for the Hamas attack.

They can all go to hell too. More Americans will die because of their treacherous hate and lies.

So, that's my ornery mood of the moment...

Infidel, how right you are- I spoke too soon, out of fear of what might happen. If anyone is interested, I would like to recommend this article by Josh Marshall today, which lays out some of the evidence that has come to light since morning in Gaza, where the damage can be seen. Definitely worth a look.

Of course, Arab propagandists will never stop claiming Israel did this- fifty years from now it will still be angrily cited as an example of Israeli inhumanity.
