The Greatest Donald Trump Story of All Time

Very kindly provided to us by Daily Kos.  And here it is: just go read it.

And it provides the answer to the great trivia question of the 2016 election:  Donald Trump has fired many people, but who fired Donald Trump?

This happened 16 years ago. The fact that you just found out about it, shows how stupid and clueless you are.

I'll tell you what, Anonymous: I will challenge you any time to see which one of us knows more about the Rolling Stones. I first saw them at Winterland in 1972, and have seen them several times since them. Two bands made up of friends of ours opened for the Stones on tours. I can play many of their songs, and many more of the blues songs that the Stones' repertoire was based on. I have been a defender of Keith as one of the great white rhythm guitar players in the world since the seventies, when ignorant people used to deride his playing. Mick once tried to pick up my wife in a bar.

What's your story?

Anonymous,

You can do much, much better than that.

Here's a good one that really describes him.

Green Eagle is so out of touch that he thinks Rex Gildo is one of the great rockers of all time. He's so into Rex that, every night he sings this Gildo classic to his pet goat just before falling asleep.

Rex Gildo. Well, thanks for that, I guess. I had never heard of Rex Gildo in my life until I had the misfortune to have you bring him up. So, it is, I guess, you who are into Rex Gildo, Dikran, and it sure as hell doesn't say much about your musical taste.

If you really want to know what I am into, try this:

That's my kind of music, sucker. You stick with Rex Gildo. He seems to be about your speed.

And in case you haven't figured it out, I may take politics seriously, but not as seriously as I take a guy who can do that with a stratocaster.

Well, I've had enough of Anonymous calling me a "butt fucking fag boy," which he did in both of the above comments, and of Dikran accusing me of having sex with goats. They are now both banned for life, and I ask them to post no more comments here, as I don't want to have to approve every comment anyone makes, just because these two fourteen year olds can't control themselves.

Misfortune? Misfortune? That was one of the funniest things I've heard recently. It's right up there with William Shatner's performance of Rocket Man. Neither of those can compare, however, to the pure delight of A Lover's Concerto, as rendered by Mrs. Miller.

That one's on the level of Rot und Schwarz, which is Karel Gott's version of a Rolling Stones classic. Like Mrs. Miller's cover, the beginning really doesn't prepare you for the amazing conclusion -- one you'd never guess was coming from the way the song starts.

Zog, sorry. I was not amused.
