Another Story That Will Vanish in Two Days

The judge’s ruling represented a significant setback for Trump by revoking his company’s authority to do business in New York, where the Trump Organization is headquartered and where Trump has major real estate interests...

In the decision, Engoron criticized the Trump defense team’s failed arguments that earned it the sanctions...“Defendants’ conduct in repeating these frivolous arguments is egregious,” Engoron wrote. “The defenses Donald Trump attempts to articulate in his sworn deposition are wholly without basis in law or fact.”

And let's be clear that the "for a decade" nonsense is only because everything before then was rendered unprosecutable by the New York statute of limitations.

It's all just one more monstrous proof of the endless criminality of this rapist/traitor/con man; the perpetrator of a lifetime of crimes of every sort.  And yet, nothing, including this and the almost inevitable series of similar court findings that we are going to see in the next year, will persuade a single one of the tens of millions of scum who have made this subhuman monster their standard bearer. Like all that we have already learned, this finding of behavior beneath that of any other President in our nation's history will be allowed to vanish within days into the black hole of history, while the nation's mainstream press will still present us with story after story retailing the utter lies about Hunter Biden's laptop, the "Biden crime family," and an endless stream of manufactured Republican smears.

If the press would only tell the truth, Biden would be beating Trump by 90-10, but they won't tell the truth, because they are totally owned by Republicans, and Republicans don't give a damn what damage they cause, as long as they get what they want.  So we will probably come to next November with nobody really knowing whether our next President will be a thoroughly decent individual who has dedicated his life to honest public service, or a malignant criminal who cares for nothing but himself.
