Texas, at it Again
From The Guardian:
"The Texas State Board of Education is using its powers to ensure that textbooks give a nod to creationist theories."
The sooner these guys get it together and secede from the United States, the better I'll like it. Texas, take your barbecue and your "hook 'em horns" and your bigotry and your stupidity, and get the hell out already.
What a great day it will be for our country when we can take that star off of the flag.
UPDATE: This just in:
"When asked if Georgia would be better off as an independent nation or as part of the United States, 43 percent of Republicans in the state selected independent nation, according to a poll published Friday."
You know what, we can do without you jerks in Georgia, too. Alabama and Mississippi, you're next.
